Two-Session Deep Dive Therapy
A focused, short term space for real clarity and forward movement.
Service Description
A Two-Part Therapeutic Deep Dive Two sessions. One focused objective. Lasting psychological clarity. When a challenge is too complex for a single conversation, this two-part intensive provides the necessary depth. We move beyond surface-level symptoms to address the core of the issue, providing a structured container for both profound insight and practical application. Session 1: The Deep Unpacking (60 Minutes) We identify the psychological roots of your current challenge. This hour is dedicated to mapping out the patterns, triggers, and underlying dynamics that have kept you feeling stuck. You will leave this session with a preliminary understanding and a "reflective task" for the interim period. Session 2: The Integration & Roadmap (60 Minutes) Following a period of reflection, we reconvene to synthesize your insights. We focus on rewriting the narrative and building a rigorous, actionable strategy. You will leave with a clear psychological roadmap and the specific tools required to maintain your progress.
